Take The Lead

This current Market Condition is an opportunity to focus on what I call the Purpose of one's life.  What is the core reason, you do anything at all in the market place today?

Since life and living is experienced in the narratives we hold in our head for starters and to others we interact with, consider the current state of affairs in the market place as an "Opportunity" to reassess what is important to you and your family.

1.  Ask yourself this question or a variant of it and allow yourself to really re-assess and re-think the answers .
   - What is possible for me at a personal level ... once I am freed of this commitment at work?
   
   
2. If I do loose my job; ...
   - What else will I loose?  and so what?
   - What will I hold on to no matter what? and why?
   
   
3. Anchor in on, getting creative and innovative on how you manage your commitments that you will hold on to "No Matter What" ... given what is really going on in the market place and "Not" you wish for or hope it to be.  Do not tolerate and consider wishful thinking on What if's.
   

This is a conversation of power and seizing this opportunity to make powerful choices for you and your family or whatever else you are committed to protecting.  This is an opportunity for you to raise to power and take proactive steps anchored in protecting what is sacred to you.  This is an opportunity for you to take pride and strength in your faith in yourself and in your assessments of value that make up who you really are not someone you wish you were.  Turn the tables around and lead your thinking with your best interests at heart and see the world of possibility that is before you. 

The good news is no matter what happens, we can pretty much say that life will go on.  You will live and you will survive. You will love and you will laugh.  This is an invitation for you to take the lead on orchestrating how you and your family go through this down turn.  Be proactive and take the lead.  Anchor in on what is sacred in your life.
